Items are handmade , therefore each item has different delivery options to assure safest possible delivery covering nominal charges.we will inform you of mode of delivery, payment option ( cash/cheque) and delivery time.

All items are Handmade and are NOT mass produced. In keeping with our exclusivity we try to deliver a quality product and want you to be happy with what you receive. In case you want to replace something we will want to know the reason and try to make you comfortable by way of accommodating you within a time specified.

Order will be accepted only once payment is made . Payment will be accepted by mode of cheque or cash .

We try to give a detailed view of a product and will deliver to you exactly what you see. If for any given reason we are unable to make your product, and your payment has been received, we will inform you by email and you will be refunded. Once we have despatched your order, we will inform you by way of email and we will update you on how to track it.

Considering your location in Pakistan , if in Lahore, we would prefer for you to pick up your product.

In any other city , delivery charges will apply .
